Rana,Chaitu: Scapegoats of Director and Producer?

Daggubati rana and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, the cute ‘Baavamarudulu’ of young Tollywood might be thinking day and night about their debut movies and what went wrong with them?

Dil Raju’s attempt of launching Naga Chaitanya with ‘Josh’ has proved hush as the movie was not able to remain up to its title. Audience and in particular Akkineni fans were severely disappointed. Later, Daggubati rana’s debut was most awaited with ‘Leader’ because maverick director Sekhar Kammula handled the story and direction department. Reports till now say that, Chaitu’s debut result is again all set to repeat for rana too.

The big name of Producer Dil Raju associated with ‘Josh’ was not able to save the movie and the same big name of Director Sekhar Kammula associated with ‘Leader’ seems to be following the same line of Dil Raju. The good will of these both names joined with heroes back ground images have made box office to cherish for only early days after the release.

Some how the major reason, many Telugu audiences are attributing for unexpected results of these movies are Producer and Director’s inefficiency in handling the sons of star personalities in the field. The final word is that, Naga Chaitanya’s skills are misutilized in ‘Josh’ and rana’s abilities are not totally utilized in ‘Leader.’ So, one of die hard Akkineni fan has openly stated, ‘our heroes rana and Chaitu have become scapegoats of Director and Producer respectively.’
