Bharat Thakur is producing the film under the banner Downtown Films. Srihari Nanu is the director and Bhumika Chawla the presenter. Bhumika is also doing an important role in the film. Nagarjuna and Anushka will appear in cameos in the film. The music has been scored by Bobo Shashi.
