Salman's Latest Sensational HIT "DABANGG" is under Contraversy as “Main Zandu Balm hui, darling tere liye.” This line hasn’t been digested well with the makers of the Zandu Balm, which is a pain relief ointment. Emami has slapped a legal notice to Arbaaz Khan Productions Private Limited for using their brand’s name. The company claims that the brand name ‘Zandu Balm’ was used in the song without their permission.
The company’s counsel Ashok M Saraogi has sent a notice which reportedly says: “In the song, the name Zandu balm has been used continuously at various places. By using the brand name in the song, you have not only violated the copyright of my clients, but you have also made an attempt to defame the reputation of my clients and the product manufactured by them.”
The manufacturers of Zandu balm HAS asked the producers to either withdraw the song or delete the brand name from it.
